ABOUT US:JDMsh!t has been in operation since 1999, and has finally debuted its new shop location in 2001. JDMsh!t is specializing in specific JDM parts for the consumer's Honda/Acura automobiles. JDMsh!t is also an authorized retailer of the world's largest and original motor mount company, HCP Engineering, and does not settle for less. All employees of JDMsh!t are highly trained professionals with technical knowledge and background to help assist the customer and to perform all type of motor swaps. All of JDMsh!t's engine swap packages and misc JDM car parts are directly imported to JDMsh!t's shop via a container, on a bi-monthly basis. Therefore, most of the items found on the website is usually in stock, unless specified by an employee that it's currently sold out, on back order, or out of stock. Turn around time with each container is fast - call or email JDMsh!t for current inventory of items. Currently, JDMsh!t is not setting up any additional wholesale accounts, nor is JDMsh!t accepting any more sponsorship applications at this time. PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Prices on the website with shipping included are only valid within the Continental US only. We can accept your order in numerous ways. The most common, and quickest, methods of payment include payment by Paypal (using paypal@jdmshit.com for the Paypal address), credit card order via our internet online order form found on any of the pages, or you can phone in an order using your credit card (only Visa and Mastercard accepted). We can also accept payments by certified money order or certified cashier's check. All checks will be subject to a delay for clearance, which typically takes 5-10 business days. For all International orders, please either call us during our business hours (we are on Pacific Standard Time zone) or you may send us an email to sales@jdmshit.com for more information. All prices on the website that show shipping included with the price is only valid within the Continental US. Addtional shipping charges WILL apply for international orders. We can ship worldwide with different couriers and at different speeds, depending on the price and package dimensions/weight. At this tim for international orders, we only accept payment by Paypal. Our Paypal ID is paypal@jdmshit.com . Once a payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation for the shipment within 1-2 business days. It is intended that all products shown, depicted, and/or detailed on JDMsh!t are to be used in a safe and legal manner. Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 30 days from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise. Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any other circumstance. Parts must be returned to us within 30 days of the shipping date in order to receive a refund. Returned item(s) must be in new or unused condition with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee for any unused or new items returned may be incurred. JDMsh!t will not accept collect shipments for returns and shall not be liable for lost or stolen returned parts. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered parts. A $20.00 US fee will be charged for all returned checks. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returned merchandise. The product(s) must be in its original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund. Any item modified, used, or abused will void any warranty no refund or exchanged will be honored. If a product is damaged during shipment, we will allow an exchange for the same item, or for another item + compensation, depending on the value of that particular item.

Furthermore, some products sold by JDMsh!t may also void the vehicle's warranty and/or void the buyer's insurance policy. Any financial losses, damages to individuals, property, or other entities are the sole responsibility of the viewer. We by no means endorse any of the modifications specified on this site. All sales are final and all products are specified AS-IS unless the product is covered under warranty. All products sold or distributed by JDMsh!t are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Orders must be cancelled within (3) business days or parts will be automatically shipped to you. Cancellation's must be authorized by JDMsh!t before a cancellation is final. Depending on the progress of the order or the order type, there may or may not be a cancellation fee. Special Order Items/Engine Swaps, etc. are not refundable, and can not be cancelled once a order has been placed. Any items that are claimed under warranty can be sent back if the reason falls under what the limited warranty covers for the particular product. All engine swaps and motors have a start up warranty only. Any products shipped back must be shipped and paid for by the buyer himself. There are no refunds after sales have been finalized and shipped.
All engines and front clips are imported from Japan and are all JDM motors. Please email us at sales@jdmshit.com or call us at 909-399-3405 for any questions regarding the engine package. Motor(s) should be installed by professional mechanics and comes with a start up warranty (we are not responsible for any damage from incorrect installations by you or your mechanic). All engines have been compression tested and all clips have been started up to insure the quality and value of the motor. Engine(s) and front clip(s)item are non-returnable and all sales are final. We pack all of our engines and clips onto a pallet, held securely with metal tie straps, completely covered to ensure safe & secure transit. The engine package is shipped via a freight company at the buyer’s expense, and can be delivered to the nearest freight terminal or shop of choice. The engine(s) and front clip(s) can be delivered to a residence at an additional charge. Please call us or email us for a freight quote. Freight shipping and insurance & tracking is at the buyer’s expense and not included in the advertised price. We can arrange shipping anywhere in North America (including Canada - buyer pays extra as required) except Alaska and Hawaii. Freight delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after payment has been received, depending on your location within the US.
We try our best to have a consistent stock of items. However, if we run out on an item, your order will be placed on backorder, and we will ship your order as soon as possible. You will be notified immediately of such delays. Back order(s) must be cancelled within three (3) business days or parts will be automatically shipped to you. We always attempt to ship orders the same business day, if not the next business day. If not on BACKORDER, allow 3-5 business days for shipping within the continental United States. Special order(s) may take an additional 10-15 business days, unless otherwise specified. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges returns/shipping. Special Order Items/Engine Swaps, etc. are not returnable.
Merchandise signed for is assumed delivered and un-damaged. Please remember to inspect all packages for any exterior damages, such as torn, crushed, or opened areas. This may result in products being damaged due to mis-handling of carrier. Always inform carrier at point of delivery time of any damages seen on packages and request carrier to note all seen damages on documentation of delivery. Once you sign for delivery, you assume all responsibility of products shipped. Products that are damaged through negligence of the shipping company, customer must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. All items are inspected before being shipped to customer for this purpose. Please remember, do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The carrier will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents and possibly send the package back to us, where we can inspect the package and resend a replacement similar item. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. JDMsh!t will not be held responsible for any damages or claims due to the negligence of the shipping company, nor will JDMsh!t replace or credit any damaged products caused by delivery.
All merchandise complies with warranty set by the original manufacturer, unless otherwise specified with used JDM parts and engines. Please check with manufacturers for specific warranty information. Merchandise returned for warranty will be repaired or replaced with equal product, no cash refunds allowed. All installs require a professional that is knowledgeable in automotive work or your warranty will be void. Receipt or proof of professional installation, and original receipt must be provided before claiming product under warranty.
